We're working on a local delivery option where your bike is assembled, checked and brought to your door. We'll show you the controls, charging and passenger setup so you feel ready for your first ride.
We plan to offer home delivery, with the option to send your bike to a participating local bike shop for assembly and collection where available. We'll help you understand the options for your postcode before you order.

Every in tow. bike is designed to meet Australian eBike legislation from the ground up, so it's legal to ride on the road and in public across every state and territory.
This US certification tests the battery, charger and electrical drivetrain together as a whole system, not just as separate parts, to confirm the bike is genuinely fire-safe.
The European standard for electric bicycles, covering how the frame, motor and electrical systems are built and tested before a bike is fit to carry what matters to you.
We build to these standards because you've got precious cargo on board, not because a rulebook says we have to.
